This lesson is about Great Thinkers and what we think about them. Look at the voicethread below, then follow the directions to complete the assignment.
1. Listen to the voicethread.
2. Decide which of the them you are most interested in.
3. Use the links on the page (person's name) to discover more information about them.
4. When you are ready, click the comment link, then record, this will give you a register or sign in window.
5. Register for an account at voicethread and use the same naming convention as you do to check your e-mail. (this way you can remember it)
6. Respond to the voicethread using the following as a guide.

Be sure to add your own kicker statement at the end. This is where you ask your own question for others to try and answer about the person. The best questions have no right or wrong answer and are thought provoking. Like, which came first, the chicken or the egg, why?

1. Did the response stay on topic?
2. Did the response answer the question posed, and include a kicker statement?
3. Was the response easy to understand? (spoken clearly, or typed without grammar errors.)?
4. Did the response reflect thought and preparation including researching the person using the link provided and pre-writing before recording.
100-93 all criteria were met
92-85 3 of the 4 criteria were met
84-73 2 of the criteria were met
